2. Subscription Services

When you subscribe to our monthly service, you agree to recurring billing and shipment according to our Subscription Policy.

- Monthly Billing: You may choose to be billed on the 16th of each month, with shipments beginning on the 15th of each month beginning the following month.
- 6-Month Billing: Alternatively, you may choose to be billed every 6 months in advance, while still receiving your subscription monthly. Your billing will occur on the 16th of the applicable billing month, and your packages will continue to ship on the 15th of each month throughout your 6-month term.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or 6-month) unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping information up to date to avoid interruptions in service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

Failed payments may result in subscription suspension or cancellation. You are responsible for any fees incurred if your payment method fails.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all subscription orders starting on the 15th of each month. Shipping times may vary based on location, holidays, or carrier delays. Once a package is shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final once billed. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the 16th of the month to avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a replacement or credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bella Mare Swim and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
