When you sign up, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service. You’ll be billed on the 16th of each month, and bikinis will begin shipping on the 15th of the following month. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door.
All subscribers are billed on the 16th day of each month. If you sign up after the 15th, your payment will be processed immediately, and your first box will typically ship in the next scheduled cycle which would be the 15th of the next month.
We begin shipping on the 15th of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or holidays, but we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription any time through your account or by contacting our support team at bellamareswim@yahoo.com. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made before the 16th.
Absolutely. Just log in to your account to update your billing or shipping details. Make sure to make changes before the 16th of the month so they apply to the next billing cycle.
If your payment doesn’t go through on the 16th, our system will automatically retry. If it still fails after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled. You can update your payment info anytime in your account.
Because our boxes are curated and prepared in advance, we don’t offer refunds on subscription payments once they’ve been billed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days, and we’ll make it right.
Our bikinis are available through subscription only. However, you’re welcome to sign up for a single month and cancel before the next billing cycle if you’d like to try it out.
