Thank you for subscribing to our monthly subscription service! Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines how our subscription program works, including billing, shipping, and cancellation terms.
1. Billing Schedule

- All active subscribers will be billed on the 16th day of each month.
- Payments will be automatically processed using the payment method provided at checkout.
- If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
2. Shipping Schedule

- Subscription products will begin shipping on the 15th of each month.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or holidays, but we strive to ensure all orders are shipped promptly.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. New Subscribers

- If you subscribe before the 16th of the month, your first billing will occur immediately, and your first shipment will go out on the 15th of the following month.
- If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, your first billing will occur immediately, and your first shipment will typically be included in the next scheduled shipping cycle (on the 15th of the following month), unless otherwise stated during checkout.
4. Changes & Cancellations

- You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at bellamareswim@yahoo.com.
- Changes or cancellations must be made before the 16th of the month to take effect for that billing cycle. Changes made after the 16th will apply to the following month.
- Once an order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Refunds & Returns

- Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.
- Due to the nature of subscription boxes/products, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons.
6. Updating Payment Information

- It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions to your subscription.
- If your payment fails and is not updated within 3 days, your subscription may be automatically canceled.
7. Policy Changes

- We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our subscription service after such changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
8. Subcription Options

- When you subscribe to our monthly service, you agree to recurring billing and shipment according to our Subscription Policy.
- Monthly Billing: You may choose to be billed on the 16th of each month, with shipments beginning on the 15th of each month.
- 6-Month Billing: Alternatively, you may choose to be billed every 6 months in advance for a discounted price, while still receiving your subscription monthly. Your billing will occur on the 16th of the applicable billing month, and your packages will continue to ship on the 15th of each month throughout your 6-month term.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or 6-month) unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping information up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
